It's a beautiful mile long beach. Great if you like collecting smooth rocks & sea glass. The waves aren't usually too big & there's a rocky cliff area at one end. It's usually not overcrowded & has a good bathroom/changing building (although the curtains are too small for many of the stalls so you might need a hand to avoid flashing people while changing).

Good beach , water had some sea weeds when we visited. The place has an entry ticket ( at-least for summers ) The beach has some picnic tables and grilling pace in the wooded area between the parking and the beach. nice place to spend time with a book or with family. the beach has toilets and shower facilities. There was a lifeguard on duty when we visited.

Great views and walking paths. Bathrooms need some TLC, but I was glad to have a place nearby with plumbing. Entry is per person, not per car so it can add up quickly for families, but it was a nice place to spend the afternoon.

Nice place for a day at the beach. Bathrooms and changing area. Plenty of parking. Cost money to get in but about as much as it is to park in OOB for the day and this beach isn't as packed. Lots of locals by the looks. Great walking trails and plenty to explore if the beach isn't your thing. Perfect place for a picnic with the family.

I was fine paying the out of state guests fee of $20 for my family to enter. Parking lot is huge, so you will probably always find a spot. The beach coast line actually looks like a crescent! But for $20, they could maybe drag the sand and swimming area a couple times a week? There was dead seaweed everywhere. I even made a little seaweed man in the sand for a joke. Kids couldn't swim because the seaweed was so thick just a few feet into the water.
